Today, I can say that mentally I feel fine about missing two weeks of progress as vacations are always worth it. I can also say that physically I don’t feel fine and am equal parts dreading / looking forward to getting back into the swing of my workout activities.
More importantly though – The first official RunDisney Princess Half Marathon 2018 info email came through today!!!!
It was a minimal email with two main points.
- You should start figuring out your training plan. **If you are interested in the training plans Disney (paired with Jeff Galloway) provides, CLICK HERE. If you are interested, the date to start is October 23rd. 🙂
- Submit a proof of time before November 14th for better corral placement. (Which thanks to the Muncie Mini, I have already submitted! Link to that post here)
So far so good! I wish it was a longer email….
