RunRecap July 24-30 | Just Keep Running…

The training schedule is finally starting to fall together. When I first started about a month ago, I had to reschedule a lot. It always stressed me out when I had to change my plans since I really wanted to follow it to create habits. Now, I trust myself that if I miss my Monday or whatever run, I’ll find another time for it and it’s not big deal. That freedom is making the workouts way easier and more enjoyable. Just keep running, just keep running, running, running…

2 Outdoor 35 min runs (6.04 miles)

1 Outdoor “long” run (4 miles)

2 Strength training workouts (1 hr)

Dancing at a concert! (I doubled my move goal for the day so I say it counts)
