RunRecap July 10-16 | Better.

I have an actual workout report this week! I don’t miss that cold. Overall this was pretty difficult for me; I’ve got a lot to work on..


The Activity Log:

2 Outdoor 30 min Runs (5 miles)

1 Outdoor “long run” (4 miles)

2 Strength training workouts

Active Time 3h 8m

The Places:

Eagle Creek Park (this park is great for running/walking/trails, the trail around the lake can get super flooded so don’t go after a rain)

Ft. Ben Harrison Park (this park was way too busy on the weekend, would suggest going during the week or early morning)
