I picked a bad week to start documenting my progress. I was sick, like on the couch with a mountain of tissues next to me sick. I tried to fend it off so I got one run in – I thought maybe if I run i’ll sweat it out before it really starts? Nope. Wrong. I did feel better enough to walk around a bit late Saturday/Sunday.
